In support of her new self-titled record—which is now streaming and out February 25—St. Vincent will tour North America starting next week in New York. As BrooklynVegan notes, electronic artist Holly Herndon and ambient guitarist Sarah Lipstate, aka Noveller, have now both confirmed that they'll open the tour.
