Bartow County authorities arrested a Cartersville man and woman in connection with the death of a man found Sunday in Emerson.
Sheriff Clark Millsap said in a release that Bartow County Sheriff's Office investigators initially assisted Emerson police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations with the case after 47-year-old Danny Lamar Gravely was found dead Sunday morning in the bed of his truck on Red Top Mountain Road in Emerson. Atlanta Police Zone 5 investigators are looking for two suspects who reportedly robbed the Krystal fast-food restaurant located at 14th Street and Northside Drive around 3:30 a.m., Tuesday morning.

Atlanta police investigators were still trying to determine if anything was taken from Karma, a Euclid Avenue boutique, following an early morning vandalism incident.

*Suspect Identified in Officer-Involved Shooting, Faces Charges *- Gwinnett Patch
Police have identified the shoplifting suspect in an officer-involved shooting March 18 at a Lilburn Family Dollar.
The man is identified as 62-year-old Louis Richardson, said Lilburn Police Chief Bruce Hedley. He has no known address.
*Kennesaw Burglary Suspect Leaves Apology Note* - Kennesaw Patch
Dalton Lee White, according to a Cobb County criminal warrant, recently came down with a case of burglar's remorse.
Authorities said White broke into a home in Kennesaw and took three blank checks, seven silver coins and a wedding ring set. He allegedly left an envelope containing the remaining blank check, $80 in cash and an apology letter in the homeowner's mailbox. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
